Backend Engineer

We’re building a stablecoin neobank for emerging markets, including financial rails that don’t exist yet. It’s a massive problem, and there’s a lot of new infrastructure to build.

You’d have the freedom to make meaningful technical decisions, challenge ideas, and shape the product from the ground up. You’d ship something on Monday and see its impact in the real world a few days later.

And you wouldn’t be doing it alone. You’d work closely with me as CTO. I've spent my career building products at massive scale, and I will challenge the way you think about engineering and coding.

We’re now looking for a backend engineers to join us. If what you've read so far sounds like the kind of environment you'd thrive in, here's what we're looking for:

Non-negotiables:

• Fluency in English
• At least 3 years of experience in previous roles
• Previous fintech experience
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in Typescript and Node.js
