CellStrat (cellstrat.com) is a fast-scaling AI startup with two core verticals: AI consulting services and AI healthcare products.

Our consulting arm is the primary growth engine, delivering end-to-end AI solutions for clients, primarily US-based startups and enterprises. Unlike traditional consulting, our projects often resemble building innovative products from scratch, giving our engineers and designers exposure to complex, cutting-edge challenges across diverse industries. Our strength lies in full-stack AI execution, from model selection and system architecture to production deployment, across domains like computer vision, NLP, agentic systems, and multimodal AI.

In parallel, we are building CellAssist (cellassist.ai), an AI-native Hospital Management System designed to transform how clinics and hospitals operate, end to end. Where traditional HMS software simply digitizes existing workflows, CellAssist reimagines them with AI at the core. This means an AI front desk that handles patient calls, appointment scheduling, and triaging without human intervention; an ambient AI scribe that listens to doctor-patient consultations and auto-generates clinical notes and prescriptions in real time; intelligent OPD workflows that surface the right patient context at the right moment; and proactive patient engagement tools that manage follow-ups, reminders, and care continuity across the patient lifecycle. CellAssist is built for the Indian healthcare market, where the gap between care demand and operational capacity is enormous, with the ambition to scale across emerging markets globally.
