We are now expanding the founding team to help build this ecosystem globally.

The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder – Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships to lead AngelSEED's global Web3/Web4 partnerships.

This is not a conventional Business Development job or advisory position.

You will work directly with the founders to create strategic relationships that bring technology, integrations, builders, users, distribution and opportunities into the AngelSEED ecosystem.

What You Will Own

Build strategic relationships across:

• L1 & L2 blockchain ecosystems
• Blockchain foundations and protocols
• Crypto exchanges and launchpads
• Wallets and payment infrastructure
• DeFi ecosystems
• AI and decentralized infrastructure
• Developer ecosystems
• Web3 communities and DAOs
• Accelerators and incubators
• Universities and research communities
• Enterprise technology partners
• Startup and innovation ecosystems

What You Will Do

• Build AngelSEED's global ecosystem partnership strategy
• Develop relationships with blockchain foundations and protocols
• Identify technology and infrastructure integrations
• Build relationships with exchanges, wallets and launchpads
• Develop developer and builder ecosystem partnerships
• Create opportunities for hackathons, grants and ecosystem programs
• Build strategic relationships with Web3 and AI communities
• Develop accelerator, university and innovation partnerships
• Create joint initiatives with ecosystem partners
• Identify new applications and venture opportunities
• Build distribution and market-access partnerships
• Support AngelSEED's expansion into global markets
• Represent AngelSEED across relevant Web3 and technology ecosystems

Partnerships Must Create Value

We are not interested in collecting logos or signing MoUs that go nowhere.

We want partnerships that create:

Technology • Integrations • Builders • Users • Distribution • Capital • Market Access • New Ventures

You will be measured by what partnerships create, not simply how many partnerships are announced.

Existing relationships across Web3 are valuable, but a large contact list alone isn't enough.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

We are looking for a builder and potential business owner, not someone waiting for tasks.

When you meet a blockchain ecosystem, you should think:

What can we build together?

When you meet a protocol:

What can we integrate?

When you discover a developer community:

What can they build through AngelSEED?

When you find a new technology:

Can this become an AngelSEED application or venture?

You should be comfortable helping create the strategy, processes and team from the ground up.

What Success Looks Like

During the first 6–12 months:

• Establish relationships with leading blockchain ecosystems
• Secure meaningful protocol and infrastructure partnerships
• Develop exchange, wallet and launchpad relationships
• Build developer and builder ecosystem partnerships
• Establish global Web3 community alliances
• Launch joint ecosystem initiatives
• Identify grant and ecosystem funding opportunities
• Create distribution channels for AngelSEED applications
• Develop regional and international partnerships
• Turn partnerships into measurable ecosystem growth

Compensation & Ownership

This is an early-stage Co-Founder opportunity, not a conventional salaried position at the current stage.

The structure can include:

• Equity / ownership
• Potential $ANGEL allocation subject to applicable requirements and vesting
• Performance-linked upside
• Long-term leadership opportunity

The final structure will depend on experience, commitment, responsibilities and contribution.
