Content & Operations Coordinator

The Keys Coach is growing, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operations behind our content and online education business.

You’ll help make sure videos go live, emails get scheduled, freelancers know what they’re doing, projects keep moving and our systems stay organised.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly and enjoys figuring things out.

You’ll work across:

• YouTube and content publishing
• Email and course-platform administration
• Freelancer and project coordination
• Systems, spreadsheets and reporting
• AI, automation and process improvement
• Launches and general business operations

We care much more about how you think and work than whether you’ve already used every tool in our business.

You’ll probably be a great fit if you’re highly organised, comfortable with technology and AI, communicate clearly, spot problems early and don’t need to be chased.

Full-time contractor | Remote

A few hours of overlap with the UK working day are required.
