Business Development Manager | RWA Tokenization

Hi there 👋

We're Zoniqx, and we spend our days doing something that still sounds a little sci fi: taking real world assets like funds, real estate, and credit, and bringing them on chain in a way that actually holds up to institutional scrutiny. We're US headquartered, we have a brilliant team out of our India development centre, and we're building the rails for what finance looks like next.

Now we need someone to go out and tell the world about it. That's where you come in.

The Role, in Plain English

You'll own the hunt. Finding the right funds, asset managers, and fintech partners, getting them excited, and walking them all the way from first hello to signed deal. You'll be the person who turns a cold intro into a real conversation, and a real conversation into a client. If you love the thrill of a pipeline that's actually moving, you'll feel right at home.

A Day in Your World

You'll be chasing down leads across fintech and capital markets, running discovery calls where you get to be genuinely curious about someone's business, teaming up with product and leadership to shape proposals that win, and showing up at events as the face people remember. Some days you're deep in a spreadsheet keeping your pipeline honest. Other days you're closing. All of it moves fast.

You Might Be Our Person If

You've got at least 2 years of BD or sales under your belt, ideally somewhere in fintech, capital markets, tokenization, blockchain, or the wider world of financial services. You get how money and financial products work, and you can hold your own in a room full of senior people. You're a self starter who doesn't need hand holding, and honestly you kind of thrive when things are a little chaotic. Bonus points if words like tokenization and digital assets make you lean in rather than glaze over.

Extra Sparkle (Not Required, Just Nice)

A little black book of contacts across funds or fintech firms. Experience selling something technical or infrastructure heavy. A feel for how global markets tick.
