Operations Executive

Ideal candidate would be hands-on Operations person with 1-4 years work experience in operations role.

Candidate should have a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce, and should be eager to build a career in Client Management.

The role will be responsible for growing the Business Operations with our Enterprise Customers:

Work Activities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end client operations
- Preparing data and reports for management use
- Performing data-entry work
- Doing billing and payment follow-up
- Hiring for the program and developing the team

Soft-skills required:

• Go-getter attitude
• Strong oral communication skills in English and Hindi

Educational Qualification:
(minimum) Bachelors in Engg / Science / Commerce; MBA candidates will be preferred

CTC:
Rs. 360,000 - 500,000 lacs per annum

• Requires travel to onsite locations
• Role based out of Noida; preference to candidates who are based in Noida
