  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, underwriting teams, and technical delivery teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather input, drive consensus, and resolve issues.
  • Partner with architects and engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Communicate product updates, priorities, and risks effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

Quality & Validation

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs through strong validation practices and acceptance testing.
  • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on stakeholder feedback and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to underwriting processes, systems, and user experience.
  • Promote Agile and continuous improvement practices across teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
  • Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivering solutions end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data flows.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in P&C commercial lines (Property, Casualty, Specialty).
  • Exposure to rating platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Ratabase, or similar).
