Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build new products at a fast-growing AI startup transforming insurance operations.
You will work on AI agents, browser automation, and document intelligence products across voice, chat, email, and SMS.

Responsibilities
• Build conversational, real-time AI agents
• Develop customer-facing products end-to-end
• Ship new features rapidly using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Build browser automation and document intelligence systems
• Make architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Work with product and engineering teams
• Demo products to customers when needed
• Establish engineering best practices
• Mentor newer engineers

Requirements
• 4 to 8 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong experience building and shipping customer-facing products
• Senior-level software engineering capability
• Strong programming skills
• Proficiency in a modern programming language
• Willingness to work with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Strong academic performance preferred
• Multiple promotions at previous companies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have
• Production experience with LLMs or AI agents
• PostgreSQL experience
• AWS or cloud infrastructure experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience at a major technology company or YC-backed startup

Important
This is a fully on-site position in San Francisco, 5 days per week.
