Green is building a global consumer neobank. We're merging international banking and payments into a single product. Our mission is to enable all of our customers around the world to spend, save and earn in USD. We'll be starting the US and select international markets with ambitions to scale far beyond.

Green is built by a small group of highly experienced operators and engineers. We're a small, senior-only team, with no layers, politics, or slow decisions. We've built, founded, and owned services used by hundreds of millions of people and generating billions in revenue. Green is the next step and mass distribution is readily available via our day-one partners. Every person on the team ships product and shapes the direction of the company.

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to help lead design across our native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web. This is an early design hire on a small, senior team — you'll take ownership of specific features and areas of the product end to end, from idea to shipped, working alongside our Staff Founding Designer and a few contracted design agencies, in tight collaboration with founders, product, and engineering.

It's a craft-forward, systems-minded, AI-native role: we care as much about your taste and how fluently you work with modern AI tools as we do about shipping. You'll design using our design system foundations and components, and hold a high bar for visual craft and motion in everything we build.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing consumer-facing products, with strong native mobile (iOS/Android) experience — we build native-first, web to follow
• A portfolio showing both real craft and systematic thinking — you design in systems, not one-offs
• Strong micro-interaction and motion design — animating UI elements with tools such as Lottie, Figma Motion, or similar to make interfaces feel alive, not just look good
• Genuinely fluent with (or deeply compelled by) AI in your design workflow
• Currently authorized to work in the United States (we can do transfer of visa sponsorship)
• Willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for a fully in-office role
