Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

We are hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to build AI-powered products transforming healthcare recruiting.

You will own greenfield projects across frontend, backend and infrastructure. You will work closely with the founding team and Director of Engineering in a fast-moving 11-person team.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship full-stack products
• Develop TypeScript applications across frontend, backend and infrastructure
• Build and scale distributed systems
• Work with serverless AWS infrastructure
• Develop AI-powered products and workflows
• Make architecture decisions and own projects end-to-end
• Help establish engineering standards as the company scales

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong Python foundation
• Strong TypeScript experience across the stack
• Experience building high-throughput distributed systems
• 2+ years at an early-stage VC-backed startup
• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Production experience with distributed systems
• Experience with AI/LLM applications is a plus
• Able to work in NYC Monday–Thursday
