Sr Human Resources Executive

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Experience: 4+ year of experience

Qualification and Skills:

 Any graduate (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)

 4+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or recruitment.

 Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.

 Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skill

 Ability to handle confidential data and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview
coordination, and offer rollouts.

 Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and
orientation.

 Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

 Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and absenteeism reports.

 Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, tax compliance,
and liaising with the finance team.

 Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, policies, and grievance resolution.

 Assist in conducting performance appraisals, goal setting, and probation reviews.

 Organize and support employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.

 Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC,
gratuity, etc.).

 Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking
progress.

 Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards for management insights.

 Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations and assist in HR audits and
compliance reporting.
