Job Description – Kotlin & Java Developer

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Pune

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 to 5 days/week in office

Eligibility:Engineering Degree / Master's in engineering, or MCA ( Minimum 16 years of formal education is required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Kotlin + Java Engineer with strong backend development
experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot,
REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and modern development tools.

Key Responsibilities

● Skilled and experienced in Kotlin, Java with the ability to produce clean and maintainable
Object oriented code
● Skilled and experienced in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript
object model
● Proficient in development of unit tests including effect assets and mocks
● Experience and thorough understanding of Spring & Spring Boot and their core
principles
● Experience with development of RESTful APIs
● Experience in modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
● Experience with modern build pipelines and tools - Docker, Git(Github, Gitlab,Bitbucket,
SVN)
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
● A knack for benchmarking and optimization
● Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to write complex and optimised
queries in PostgreSQL
● Familiarity with code versioning tools
