Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Manager Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product research, competitive analysis, UI/UX optimization, and project management. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research:

• Conduct comprehensive research to understand market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

• Competitive Analysis:

• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

• Provide actionable insights to guide product strategy and positioning.

UI/UX Recommendations:

• Collaborate with design teams to suggest improvements for user interface and user experience.
• Ensure that product design aligns with user needs and industry best practices.

Timeline Management:

• Manage timelines for multiple products and features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones and deliverables.

Coordination with Tech Teams:

• Work closely with engineering and development teams to communicate product requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment.

Coordination with Clients for Demos and Requirements:

• Work closely with our clients in understanding their requirements.
• Take client's feedback and refine product roadmap and align with team for completion.

Workflow Management:

• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Notion, Asana) to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for product roadmaps and feature specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. Currently pursuing MBA/PGDM any related master's degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proven experience with workflow management software (hands-on experience with at least one is a must).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Software Product Industry (perticulary gen AI based products ).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in product management or related fields.
