MINDFULL is hiring a Brand & Community Lead to build a brand women genuinely want to be part of. You’ll work directly with customers, lead community conversations, create culturally relevant content, develop partnerships, and bring MINDFULL to life across every touchpoint. You’ll listen closely to what women need, turn their stories into meaningful campaigns, and help create an engaged, trusted community around metabolic health. We’re looking for a deeply curious, creative, people-obsessed builder who understands culture and knows how to make people feel seen. You’ll work closely with the founders and have meaningful ownership from day one.
