Produce and edit engaging video content for our companies/brands and clients across various social media platforms. The role involves leveraging modern creative technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to enhance efficiency, creativity, and overall production quality while delivering compelling and high-performing video content.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts aligned with campaign objectives and desired outcomes.
• Understand the storyline and purpose behind each video project.
• Research, plan, write scripts, create storyboards, edit videos, and produce high-quality B-roll, promotional, and explainer video content.
• Craft engaging, fast-paced narratives tailored for social media platforms, ensuring strong hooks and impactful payoffs.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity and voice across all video materials.
• Work on both live footage and animated content.
• Create text and visual animations to support video and advertising needs.
• Utilize AI-powered tools when appropriate to support ideation, editing, animation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining creative quality.
• Synchronize recorded audio with visual content.
• Select, mix, and balance speech, sound effects, and music tracks.
• Improve video and audio quality using professional editing software.
• Stay updated with trends in video production, social media content, and AI-assisted creative tools.

Qualifications:

• Highly creative with a strong sense of humor.
• Ability to produce viral or highly engaging social media content is a plus.
• 5–10 years of related experience (Storyboarding, Script Writing, Image Editing, Vector Animation, Video Editing, Audio Editing).
• Experience in 3D video production is required.
• Familiarity with video formats and optimization for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in editing and creative software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
• Working knowledge of Vyond, Filmora, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to efficiently use AI tools and prompt engineering to produce fast, high-quality creative outputs (e.g., Gemini – Nano Banana, Veo, and other generative tools).
• Must be capable of working on footage, animation, explainer videos, promotional videos, and B-rolls.
• Ability to craft engaging, fast-paced narratives optimized for social media consumption.
• Skilled in creating strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling payoffs to maximize audience retention.
• Deep understanding of trends, formats, and best practices for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
• Previous graveyard or EST work experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
