Growth & Customer Lead (Conversion Obsessed)

MINDFULL is hiring a Growth & Customer Lead to own the entire customer journey, from first click to long-term retention. You’ll work directly with customers: conducting interviews, resolving issues, uncovering how they think, and understanding exactly what they need and why. You’ll translate those insights into stronger messaging, better products, smoother onboarding, and higher conversion. We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly analytical operator who combines empathy, curiosity, creativity, and relentless execution. You’ll work closely with the founders, run rapid experiments, shape our growth engine, and have meaningful ownership from day one.
