Job Overview
We are looking for a hybrid SEO and Paid Ads Expert with 4+ years of experience and a strong marketing agency background. In this role, you will own and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for our US clients.

Location: Remote (Hiring from India & Nepal)

Working Hours: Core US collaboration hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Compensation: ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 / year

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns (Google & Meta): Strategy, setup, optimization, and management of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive high-quality leads and ROAS.

SEO Strategy: Lead keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and link-building to boost organic US search rankings.

US Market Targeting: Localize ad copy, creatives, and keyword strategies to align seamlessly with US consumer behavior and cultural nuances.

Data & Analytics: Track performance daily via GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to aggressively lower CPA.

Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

Agency Background: Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines.

US Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the US B2B/B2C target market.

Tools: Proficient with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for high-converting ad copy and client communication.
