We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager who knows how to turn marketing into leads, customers, and revenue.

This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to manage campaigns.

We want someone who enjoys building growth engines, testing ideas, finding new acquisition channels, generating qualified leads, and directly influencing sales.

What you’ll own

• Build and execute growth strategies across the UK, India, and new markets
• Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads
• Run and optimise performance marketing campaigns
• Improve conversion across the acquisition funnel
• Test new channels, campaigns, partnerships, and growth experiments
• Track CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and revenue impact
• Work closely with the founders on growth and go-to-market strategy
• Turn data and insights into clear actions

Who we’re looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Sales
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads or contribute to revenue growth
• Strong analytical and target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable experimenting, measuring results, and iterating quickly
• Strong ownership mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Excited by the pace and responsibility of an early-stage startup
