Sturdy Alliance Consultant is a growing name in the US IT Staffing industry, helping bench candidates (OPT, H1B, GC) get placed across the US. Our strong internal marketing team ensures fast and quality submissions. We are now looking to collaborate with freelance recruiters who can source genuine bench candidates looking for profile job marketing.

Role Overview:
We are inviting freelance recruiters / sourcers to partner with us and provide OPT, H1B, or GC candidates who are ready to pay for job marketing services. You will only source candidates; and onboard them .

Responsibilities:
Source genuine and active bench candidates (OPT, H1B, GC only; No STEM/USC)

Ensure the candidate is interested and ready to pay for marketing services

Collect basic information (Resume, Visa status, Contact, Availability)

Share details with our internal team for follow-up and onboarding

Coordinate till the candidate completes the onboarding process

Ideal Profile:

2+ years of experience in bench sales or US staffing recruitment

Good network of OPT, H1B, or GC bench candidates

Ability to filter genuine profiles who are open to third-party marketing

Freelancers or part-time recruiters preferred

We are not providing voip number once you onboard at least 2 Candidate in our marketing services then we will do the final contract with you after this we can only provide voip number.

Must not share fake or duplicate candidates
