About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding processes for AI agent implementations
• Configure and customize intelligent AI agents for diverse industry verticals and use cases
• Collaborate directly with founders and executives from high-growth consumer companies to understand business requirements
• Optimize AI agent performance through advanced prompt engineering techniques and LLM fine-tuning
• Monitor and analyze AI agent conversations to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and conversational flows for different business scenarios
• Provide training and support to clients on AI agent management and optimization
• Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI and conversational AI technologies
• Contribute to product development by providing insights from client implementations

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final year students in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical fields
• Strong academic background with coursework in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
• Immediate availability for full-time remote internship with minimal external commitments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with senior executives
• Demonstrated passion for AI technology and eagerness to learn cutting-edge implementations

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and large language models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in prompt engineering and conversational AI
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM interfaces
• Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Self-motivated with excellent project management and organizational skills
