About the job
Assist in the development and execution of activities & experiments aimed at increasing product usage.
Set up email workflows, product tours, surveys, tooltips with the help of tools like Intercom, Customer.io to drive customer adoption & engagement.
Utilize product analytics tools like PostHog to track and analyse user behaviour, product usage patterns (DAU/MAU), and feature level adoption metrics.
Generate reports and document insights to inform decision-making processes related to product growth initiatives.
Work with the Tech team to drive experiments based on customer insights derived through data to improve feature adoption/ usage.
