About the job
Senior Product Manager – AI Agents & Automation
Experience: 5–9 years
Domain: B2B AI / Data / Integrations / Enterprise SaaS
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale AI-native agent and automation capabilities for hospital workflows. You will define the product strategy and roadmap for intelligent agents that can understand context, reason across data and systems, automate multi-step workflows, and reliably support healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B product management experience with a deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities, data products, integrations, or workflow automation. Prior healthcare experience is valuable but not mandatory; experience building complex enterprise products is essential.
What You’ll Own
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI agents and automation capabilities.
- Own AI model capabilities across reasoning, accuracy, context management, tool use, orchestration, and workflow execution.
- Identify hospital workflows where AI agents can reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Translate customer problems into AI product requirements, working closely with engineering, ML/AI, design, and data teams.
- Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics for agent quality, including task completion, accuracy, reliability, latency, and human intervention rates.
- Drive agent integrations with hospital systems, enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Design human-in-the-loop experiences, guardrails, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms for high-stakes workflows.
- Work directly with hospital stakeholders and users to understand workflows, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
- Take products from discovery and experimentation through launch, iteration, and enterprise-scale deployment.
- Track developments in LLMs, agentic AI, model architectures, evaluation techniques, and AI tooling, translating relevant advances into product opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–9 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, data platforms, integrations, automation, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and AI product concepts such as agents, RAG, tool/function calling, context management, model evaluation, and prompt/model optimization.
- Experience owning technically complex products and working closely with engineering, ML, and data teams.
- Strong product judgment and ability to identify where AI creates meaningful customer value versus where deterministic automation is more appropriate.
- Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise system architecture.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define product and model-quality metrics.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with healthcare technology or hospital workflows; building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation products; shipping GenAI/LLM products into production; or working with regulated, security-sensitive enterprise environments.
What Success Looks Like
You build AI agents that move beyond demos into reliable hospital workflows—improving model capability and task completion while reducing manual work, maintaining appropriate safeguards, and delivering measurable customer value.
