Product Management Intern {North America shift}

About the role

You will work across the full RoaDo product: shipper workflows in the core TMS, the transporter and driver apps, and the data and integration layer that ties them together. You will also be the product voice on calls with North American customers during their working day. This is a real PM seat, not a shadowing role: you will own features / modules end to end and ship them.

What you will do

Discovery and specs
• Sit in on North American customer calls, capture problems and turn them into clear problem statements
• Write PRDs and user stories for features across TMS, transporter and driver apps
• Run usability sessions with dispatchers, transporters and drivers, and feed findings back into specs

Delivery
• Work with engineering and design through sprint cycles; own backlog grooming for your features
• Test releases before they ship and write release notes customers actually read
• Track adoption after launch and propose the next iteration

Data and integrations
• Define metrics for your features and build the dashboards to track them (SQL, Metabase)
• Map customer integration needs (ERP, telematics, ePOD) and document requirements for the integrations team

North America customers and GTM
• Support onboarding and product questions for North American accounts during their business hours
• Feed North America-specific requirements and competitive insights into the roadmap
• Help Sales with demos and product collateral

What we are looking for

• Final-year student or recent graduate (engineering, business or design), or 0 to 1 years in a product, analyst or founder role
• Evidence you have built or shipped something: a side project, hackathon, campus product or a public teardown
• Comfortable with SQL/ mongoDB basics and spreadsheets; can pull your own numbers
• Clear written communication; your PRD should survive without you in the room
• Curious about logistics and willing to spend time with drivers and dispatchers, not just dashboards
• Able to work North America hours (approx. 6 pm to 3 am IST) from our Bengaluru office for six months
