We're Hiring | Sales Manager – FMCG
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business expansion across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, HoReCa, and E-commerce.
📍 Location: Pune - Hadapsar
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales growth across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, HoReCa & Amazon
✅ Develop and execute channel-wise sales strategies
✅ Build and manage distributor, retail, and HoReCa partnerships
✅ Manage Amazon listings, product visibility, pricing & online catalog
✅ Ensure strong in-store branding and execution
✅ Lead and mentor the sales & promoter team
✅ Work closely with marketing and operations to drive business growth
✅ Monitor profitability, collections, and channel-wise P&L
What We're Looking For:
✔ 5–7 years of FMCG (Food) sales experience
✔ Hands-on exposure to Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, HoReCa, and E-commerce
✔ Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills
✔ Experience managing Amazon or online retail operations is an added advantage
✔ MBA (Marketing) preferred
