We are expanding our team at The Legit and looking for motivated, proactive Business Development Representatives to help us open conversations with business founders and executives.
This is a 100% remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You will be directly rewarded for the relationships and client deals you bring in.
What You’ll Do:
• Reach out to business founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations, build rapport, and identify business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and introduce them to our corporate solutions/advisory services.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong communicator who feels comfortable reaching out to decision-makers.
• Naturally curious, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Eager to learn about corporate strategy and business development.
• Prior sales/BDR experience is a plus, but NOT required—mindset and drive matter most.
Role Details:
• Type: Remote / Freelance / Project-based
• Compensation: Commission-only (High payout percentage per closed deal, uncapped)
