Founding Product Designer (3-5 years)

We are an early-stage, AI-native startup (stealth) in the insurance space, founded by IIT Roorkee & IIM Ahmedabad alumni with over 10 years of experience in tech and product roles at Big Tech organizations like Amazon, Microsoft, and Atlassian. Our objective is to reimagine how health claims are handled so that the ecosystem is cost-efficient and hyper-scalable, while providing better value to end customers.

Role Overview

• 1–2 month consulting converting into a Full-Time founding role
• AI Native/B2B Focus: Build enterprise platform from scratch, turning complex AI logic into intuitive user flows
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire design lifecycle
• Direct Founder Partner: Work directly with founders with maximum agency & zero corporate red tape

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ Years in Design (B2B preferred): Proven track record shipping complex software at scale
• 1+ Year in AI-Native: Direct experience with agentic workflows, co-pilots and human in the loop UX
• Full-Stack Execution: End-to-end mastery across IA, visual UI, and Figma/Framer prototyping
• Founding Mindset: High agency, rapid execution speed, and comfort navigating ambiguity
