We’re looking for energetic BE/BTech Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Engineering Graduates to join as Technical Sales Executives. You’ll learn to sell technical products/solutions, interact with clients, understand their needs, and support the sales team to achieve targets. This is a great role to start your career at the intersection of engineering + sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Find new prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
• Client Support: Understand basic client requirements and coordinate with senior sales/technical team.
• Product Learning: Get trained on company products and give basic product demos/presentations.
• Proposals: Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Relationship Building: Maintain good rapport with customers and ensure timely communication.
• Reporting: Update CRM, daily calls, meetings, and sales activity reports.
• Market Feedback: Share customer insights and competitor info with the team.
Prerequisites:
• Good communication skills in English + [Add local language].
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn products.
• Confident in client presentations and phone conversations.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-learning attitude.
• MS Office, Gmail, CRM basics.
• Willing to travel for client meetings.
