AI Solutions & Business Automation Partner (Open to Full-time / Project-based / Agencies)

ZenAI is a B2B AI workflow consultancy delivering hands-on AI implementation for enterprise clients across healthcare, legal, automotive, real estate, and financial services. We help clients move from pilot to production fast — including a signature 72-hour "Signal Sprint" proof-of-concept model that gets AI workflows validated and deployed in days, not months.

What you'd be doing:

Leading or supporting AI implementation engagements end-to-end — from client discovery through deployment
Designing and building AI-driven workflow automation (document processing, conversational agents, operational tooling) for enterprise clients
Translating business requirements into working AI systems, working directly with client stakeholders
Contributing to our delivery framework across our three core pillars: Pilot, Fabric, and Shield

Recent outcomes our delivery team has driven:

90% test-drive booking conversion rate for an automotive client
$100K+ annual OpEx savings per dealership location
Clinical document review time cut from 3 hours to 15 minutes

Engagement structure:
We're hiring for this role, but we're structure-agnostic about how you work with us — full-time, fractional, project-based, or as a firm/agency partner (C2C) are all options depending on fit.
