About the Role:
Top Gun Automotive CRM is looking for a Software Manager to own the technical and software side of the business. You'll lead how our CRM platform is built, maintained, and improved — making sure we ship a product that automotive repair shops love to use.
What You'll Do:
- Own the technical and software side of Top Gun Automotive CRM
- Lead and manage the development team (in-house and/or contractors)
- Turn product ideas and customer needs into a clear technical roadmap
- Oversee building, testing, and shipping of new features
- Keep the platform stable, secure, and scalable
- Work with the founder and the team on product direction
What We're Looking For:
- A strong software and technical background (engineering, development, or technical product)
- Experience managing developers or leading technical projects
- Able to own the entire software side and make it happen
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup, building from the ground up
- Bonus: experience with CRM, SaaS, or web/mobile app development

Compensation:
