Software Manager

About the Role:

Top Gun Automotive CRM is looking for a Software Manager to own the technical and software side of the business. You'll lead how our CRM platform is built, maintained, and improved — making sure we ship a product that automotive repair shops love to use.

What You'll Do:

• Own the technical and software side of Top Gun Automotive CRM
• Lead and manage the development team (in-house and/or contractors)
• Turn product ideas and customer needs into a clear technical roadmap
• Oversee building, testing, and shipping of new features
• Keep the platform stable, secure, and scalable
• Work with the founder and the team on product direction

What We're Looking For:

• A strong software and technical background (engineering, development, or technical product)
• Experience managing developers or leading technical projects
• Able to own the entire software side and make it happen
• Comfortable in an early-stage startup, building from the ground up
• Bonus: experience with CRM, SaaS, or web/mobile app development

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, plus equity in the company.
