Marketing Manager

About the Role:

Top Gun Automotive CRM is hiring a Marketing Manager to own and run all marketing for the company. You'll be responsible for how we reach automotive repair shops, tell our story, and grow our customer base. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the marketing function — you won't just post content, you'll build and drive the entire strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full marketing strategy and execution for Top Gun Automotive CRM
• Plan and run campaigns across digital, social, email, and content
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of repair shops interested in the product
• Manage our brand, messaging, and online presence
• Track performance and double down on what works
• Work closely with sales to turn interest into paying customers

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience running marketing, ideally for a startup, SaaS, or small business
• Comfortable owning marketing end to end — strategy through execution
• Strong with digital marketing, content, and lead generation
• Data-driven and results-focused
• Bonus: experience marketing to automotive shops, trades, or small-business owners

Compensation:
