What is expected from you-

• Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical solution.
• Lead technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Translate customer infrastructure, GPU, and AI workload requirements into deployment plans.
• Build ROI models, sizing estimates, cost comparisons, and performance calculations during customer conversations.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, benchmark reports, and customer presentations.
• Support enterprise RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence.
• Stay current with developments in GenAI, inference optimization, GPUs, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.

What we’re looking for-

• 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional numerical ability.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, containers, APIs, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers.
• Ability to quickly understand customer problems and design practical technical solutions.

Good to have-

• Are exceptionally good at mental maths and can perform quick calculations during customer discussions.
• Can rapidly estimate GPU requirements, infrastructure sizing, throughput, latency improvements, cloud costs, and ROI without relying on spreadsheets.
• Enjoy solving business problems with numbers and data.
• Have worked with GPUs, LLMs, inference engines, MLOps platforms, or Kubernetes.
• Have experience in startup environments where ambiguity is the norm.
