Role :
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing products, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of materials required for order execution. The role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor coordination, and cost-effective purchasing to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities :
● Source products and identify reliable vendors for corporate gifting and customized merchandise.
● Prepare and process Purchase Orders under the guidance of senior team members.
● Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.
● Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
● Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
● Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand purchase requirements.
● Ensure purchased products meet quality and delivery standards.
● Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
● Support cost optimization initiatives by comparing supplier quotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
● Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
● Ability to source products and manage multiple vendors.
● Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
