As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the founder, gaining first-hand exposure to building and scaling a fast-growing startup. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves solving problems, learning quickly, and making things happen.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the founder on strategic and operational projects.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
• Analyze business metrics and prepare reports and presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in product launches, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Support partnerships, outreach, and special projects as needed.
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks that contribute to company growth.

Who We're Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, or consumer brands is a plus.
