Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead complex, multi-segment programs
spanning OEM, Aftermarket (service & SaaS), and Fleet domains. The role demands ownership of
program execution, governance, and strategic reporting, ensuring alignment with business
objectives across product development, service delivery, and SaaS platforms.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams functioning as “pods,” drive time, cost, and
quality outcomes, and provide structured visibility to CXO leadership. Financial planning, risk
management, and customer-centric execution are key pillars of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution Across Segments
• Lead multiple ADAS and mobility programs across OEM, Aftermarket (Product, Service &
SaaS), and Fleet business lines.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery—from embedded product development to service
deployments and cloud-based platforms.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable roadmaps while balancing competing
priorities and timelines.
Customer-Centric Collaboration
• Work closely with OEMs, PSUs, State transport bodies, service providers, SaaS partners, and
fleet operators to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Implement scalable processes tailored to product, service, and platform needs across
diverse customer segments.
Governance, Dashboard & Leadership Reporting
• Build structured dashboards for program tracking, financial reporting, risk management,
and customer communication.
• Provide timely reports and actionable insights to CXO leadership and business heads.
• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes that ensure transparency
and accountability.
Financial & Risk Management
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies across product and
service lines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure program stability and delivery.
• Align delivery timelines with business goals while ensuring profitability and operational
efficiency.
Team Leadership & Culture
• Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, product, operations, and support.
• Promote a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration within high-performance
“pods.”
• Mentor junior managers and technical leads to build leadership capability across segments.
Process Improvement & Scalability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process automation, quality frameworks, and
service delivery models.
• Define best practices for embedded software validation, SaaS operations, and customer
support workflows.
What You’ll Work On
• Embedded ADAS systems: perception, sensor fusion, safety validation, calibration.
• Aftermarket products, service and SaaS platforms: service management, telematics
analytics, subscription workflows.
• Fleet operations: data-driven insights, maintenance scheduling, operational efficiency tools.
• Governance dashboards for multi-segment program tracking and CXO reporting.
• Financial planning, cost forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Scalable processes aligned with ISO 26262, A-SPICE, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Mandatory:
• 8+ years in program or project management within automotive, mobility, or embedded
systems.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in OEM, Aftermarket (Product,
Service & SaaS), or Fleet businesses.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and
business teams.
• Proven ability to build governance processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for
CXO engagement.
• Experience handling budgets, forecasts, and risk management in multi-business contexts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Understanding of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262), quality frameworks (A-SPICE),
and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with SaaS operations, cloud services, and subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with fleet management tools, telematics, or connected vehicle platforms.
• Use of agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders—OEMs, service providers, SaaS partners, and
fleet operators.
Why Join Starkenn Technologies?
• Lead programs that impact vehicles, drivers, fleets, and mobility ecosystems across

delivery operations.

influence.
• Collaborate with passionate teams solving some of the toughest problems in mobility.
