Founding Marketing Intern – AI & Content

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, AI-savvy Marketing Intern who can own our end-to-end marketing efforts.

This is not a role where you'll only schedule Instagram posts.

You'll help define our brand, create viral content, experiment with AI tools, and build our digital presence from the ground up.

If you're excited about startups, AI, content creation, and social media growth, you'll love this role.

What You'll Do

• Content Marketing
• Create engaging Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter) content
• Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy
• Research trending topics in AI, astrology, spirituality, and personal growth
• Create educational carousel posts and short-form videos
• AI Content Creation
• Generate AI-powered videos using tools like Kling, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or similar
• Create AI-generated images using Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, or other AI tools
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate content production
• Experiment with new AI tools to improve content quality and speed
• Social Media Management
• Plan and maintain a content calendar
• Publish and optimize content across platforms
• Track engagement and suggest improvements
• Grow our online community organically
• Marketing & Growth
• Execute growth experiments
• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships
• Support product launches and campaigns
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools

We're Looking For Someone Who -

• Loves creating content
• Has experience with AI content generation tools
• Understands Instagram Reels and viral content
• Can edit videos using CapCut or similar software
• Has excellent written English
• Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership
• Learns quickly and adapts to new AI tools
• Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Hygen
• Canva / Figma
• Meta Business Suite
• SEO fundamentals
• Google Analytics
• Basic video editing
• Prompt engineering
