About the job
Odd Fellows is a young fermented foods and drinks company making bold, naturally fermented products for the modern Indian consumer.
We make kombucha, kefir, ginger beer and other ferments that put flavour first and benefits second.
Our goal is simple but ambitious: to build India's most customer-centric fermented foods brand — one that is approachable, easy to discover, widely available and, most importantly, remembered.
We already work with retailers, cafés and quick-commerce partners across multiple Indian cities. Now, we are looking for someone to join us in-house and help us tell our story better, reach the right audiences and turn that attention into real growth.
- Job Description We are hiring a Growth Marketing & Sales Executive to work closely with the founders and become our in-house growth engine.
We have worked with external marketing teams and agencies in the past. What we have realised is that Odd Fellows needs someone closer to the product.
Someone who understands why we make what we make, who our different customers are and how to consistently turn that understanding into campaigns, experiments and strategies that generate awareness, trials and repeat orders.
This is not a role where you simply post on Instagram or forward briefs to an agency.
You will be expected to think, plan, execute, test and measure.
- What You'll Work On
- Build and execute marketing campaigns for Odd Fellows across digital and offline channels.
- Understand our different customer audiences and create strategies to reach them.
- Plan campaigns that drive product discovery, trials, repeat orders and revenue.
- Work on digital marketing across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign ideas, offers, collaborations and growth experiments.
- Run A/B tests and use data to understand what is and isn't working.
- The ability to follow up and move conversations towards conversion.
- A good attitude and the ability to work closely with a small team.
- An eagerness to learn, experiment and grow with the company.
Experience in F&B, D2C, consumer brands, hospitality or startups is a plus — but curiosity and the ability to execute matter greatly to us.
- You Might Be a Great Fit If
You look at a product and immediately start thinking about who should know about it and how to reach them.
You enjoy testing ideas instead of debating them endlessly.
You can launch a campaign, look at the numbers, understand what happened and decide what to try next.
You are equally comfortable sitting with the founders to plan a campaign and calling a café to follow up on a potential partnership.
Why Join Odd Fellows?
You won't be one person in a large marketing department. You will work directly with the founders, understand the product from inside the brewery and have the space to build, test and improve how Odd Fellows grows.
We want to build a brand that makes fermented foods and drinks accessible, exciting and easy to approach.
If you want to help build that universe with us, we'd love to hear from you.
To Apply
Tell us a little about yourself, the brands or campaigns you have worked on and why Odd Fellows interests you.
Also tell us about one campaign, growth experiment or marketing idea you personally executed. What was the goal, what did you do and what happened?
We care less about marketing jargon and more about understanding how you think and execute.
