intrn.in is not a job portal, it's much more than that. we with students, rebuild their CVs live, fix their LinkedIn, write their cold emails with them, and get them placed. we have gone from a one person idea to partnerships, paying clients, and batches of students getting placed. we are growing fast and we want someone who wants to grow with us.

the role → growth associate

this is not a support role. you own the front end of the business entirely. leads come in, you talk to them, you follow up, you convert them. if it does not get done, it does not get done. that is the level of ownership this comes with.
→ respond to inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
→ run outreach across platforms to bring in new leads
→ manage the pipeline and make sure no lead goes cold
→ identify new channels, partnerships, and opportunities to grow
→ work directly with the founder, no layers, no bureaucracy
commission on every lead you close. the harder you work, the more you make.

what we are looking for

→ a student with time, hunger, and something to prove
→ someone who can hold a conversation and follow through without being told to
→ comfortable working independently and taking full accountability
→ knows their way around instagram, linkedin, and whatsapp outreach
→ no degree requirement, no experience requirement. just the right attitude.
