Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new premium/key accounts within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Achieve yearly sales targets for the premium products
• Conduct regular schools visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery
• Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Resolve client queries and escalations promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, and sales pipeline in CRM tools
