Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new premium/key accounts within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Achieve yearly sales targets for the premium products
- Conduct regular schools visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Resolve client queries and escalations promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, and sales pipeline in CRM tools
