Eligibility: This role is open only to current or former athletes who competed at the collegiate varsity level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, U Sports, CCAA), professionally, or at the Olympic level. If you competed at that level, you already have most of what this job asks for.

The role You own how athletes find Free Agent and take action once they do. You run the campaigns, the lifecycle emails, and the experiments that grow the network, and you judge every one of them by the numbers.

What you'll do

Own acquisition and lifecycle campaigns across email, social, and paid
Run a steady cadence of experiments and double down on what works
Track the funnel and report honestly on what moved and what didn't
Partner with community and content on the message and the offer
Help push toward the 100,000 verified athlete goal

Who you are

A current or former athlete (see eligibility above)
Two or more years in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing
Comfortable with data and willing to be judged by it
You test, learn, and adjust instead of guessing
Strong writer with a clear, direct voice
