About the job
About Twenty5
Twenty5 is an SAP-native SaaS company that helps project-centric organizations price, estimate, and bid with confidence. Our Intelligent Project Pricing and Estimating platform, iPE, is built natively on SAP BTP and HANA. We replace Excel, ProPricer, and disconnected legacy tools with a compliant, integrated, audit-ready system that sits directly inside an organization's SAP environment.
Our clients include some of the largest names in Aerospace and Defense, Capital Projects, Professional Services, and ETO Manufacturing. We are an SAP Spotlight Partner, featured at SAP A&D Innovation Days, and growing fast. We are now building the marketing function to match the scale of the business.
The Role
We are hiring a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function end to end. You will report directly to the CRO, partner closely with sales, and own everything from strategy to execution.
This is a builder role at a company in its next growth stage. You will inherit a strong creative and brand foundation, including a part-time creative lead (our founding marketing hire) who continues to own design, video, social content, and website updates. What you add is the growth layer: AI-powered demand generation, account-based campaigns, partner marketing, paid channels, analytics, and the systems and reporting to tie it all to pipeline.
The right person is an AI-first marketing operator. You have built agents and automated workflows that drive output at scale. You understand enterprise B2B buying cycles that run 9 to 18 months, involve multiple stakeholders, and close into procurement. And you know how to build a demand generation program that works for a focused set of large, complex accounts rather than a mass-market funnel.
What You'll Own
Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design and execute a full ABM program into a focused set of 100+ named enterprise accounts across A&D, Industrial Manufacturing, Capital Projects, and Professional Services.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, from strategy to execution to attribution.
- Build multi-touch nurture programs for long-cycle B2B deals with multiple stakeholders across finance, procurement, and IT.
- Own pipeline sourced, marketing-qualified account handoffs to sales, and full-funnel attribution reporting. AI Agents and Marketing Automation
- Design and build AI agents and automated workflows for content production, lead research, outreach sequencing, and follow-up tracking.
- Stand up and own the marketing tech stack, with AI tooling layered on top.
- Build the reporting infrastructure to show what is working: channel attribution, account engagement scoring, and pipeline contribution. Partner and Ecosystem Marketing
- Coordinate co-marketing with SAP and other strategic partners, including ISV’s and other system integrator partners who are active GTM levers for Twenty5.
- Support SAP marketplace presence, SAP A&D events, and partner-sourced pipeline programs.
- Manage event strategy and follow-up from key industry events. Brand, Messaging, and Content Direction
- Own brand messaging consistency across all channels: website, LinkedIn, white papers, case studies, and the Twenty5 podcast.
- Set content strategy and direction. The creative lead handles production. You ensure every asset reflects a sharp, consistent point of view.
- Drive podcast outreach, planning, and recording coordination. The creative lead handles editing.
- Own email marketing strategy and campaign direction, including quarterly newsletters and targeted nurture sequences.
Team Leadership and Function Building
- Lead and direct the creative lead (part-time), set priorities, and scale the team as the business grows.
- Build the structure, processes, and reporting that a growing marketing team will need. This is a function-building role, not a maintenance role.
What You Bring
- A builder mindset. You have stood up a demand gen or growth marketing function at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company, ideally at a growth-stage startup.
- 3 to 7 years in demand generation or growth marketing, preferred
- Startup experience is a big plus
- B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience required. Our buyers are enterprise committees on 9 to 18-month cycles. You need to have marketed into that world already, not be learning it here.
- Proven ABM experience. You have run named-account programs targeting large, complex buyers, not mass-market lead gen. Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is a strong plus.
- Deep, hands-on AI fluency. You have built marketing agents and automations, not just used off-the-shelf tools, and you use AI to multiply team output without replacing judgment.
- Real enterprise B2B chops. Our buyers are VP and C-suite at Fortune 500 companies in defense, manufacturing, and professional services. You understand how they buy, who influences the decision, and how to market to a buying committee across a long cycle.
- Full-funnel command. Brand, content, paid, email, events, attribution. You understand how they connect and can run each one with competence even when you are not the specialist.
- Salesforce and HubSpot fluency. You know how to build and manage a marketing tech stack, connect it to CRM, and report on pipeline contribution.
- SAP ecosystem familiarity is a strong advantage. If you have marketed ERP-adjacent or vertical SaaS into regulated industries, you will move faster here.
- Executive-level communication. You will present to the CRO and founders, partner with sales on named accounts, and represent marketing in revenue conversations.
What You're Inheriting
You are not starting from zero. What is already built and running:
- A strong creative and brand foundation: white papers, case studies, infographics, social content, video, and a podcast, all produced by a part-time creative lead who stays on.
- A website, SAP App Store listing, and existing LinkedIn and social presence.
- Google Analytics and Looker Studio reporting infrastructure in final setup now.
- Google Ads and HubSpot being stood up ahead of your start.
- Active SAP partner relationships with Delaware, PwC, Cognitus, and others.
- A 100+ named account target list across seven verticals, with active pipeline across Boeing, L3Harris, Fluor, CNS, and others. What you add is the growth layer on top of that foundation: the ABM engine, the paid programs, the AI-powered automation, and the reporting that connects marketing to revenue.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
- Full audit of the marketing tech stack, channel performance, and content library.
- ABM target account list refined and segmented with first campaign in market.
- Paid channels on LinkedIn and Google live and optimized with clear attribution.
- At least one AI-powered outreach or content workflow built and running. Six to Twelve Months
- Marketing-sourced pipeline contributing measurably to the revenue number.
- Account engagement scoring live and integrated with Salesforce.
- Partner co-marketing programs active with SAP and key SIs.
- Full-funnel reporting showing channel attribution and pipeline contribution by source
Compensation and Details
Location: Remote (US-based preferred) Will consider Global
Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 base, depending on experience
Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision reimbursement and 401(k)
This is a full-time role. We move fast, hold each other accountable, and care deeply about the work. If you want to architect the engine rather than run the plays, this is the right seat.
