About Us

CONQUIRON is building an ambitious technology product alongside its core business. Initially developed within CONQUIRON, the product is being designed with the vision and potential to evolve into an independent company as it scales.

We're looking for a Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help build this product from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder and play a key role in turning ambitious ideas into a production-ready product.

About the Role

As the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you'll lead the technical vision and execution of the product from day one. You'll work directly with the founder, own the technology roadmap, build the MVP, make critical architectural decisions, and lay the foundation for a scalable technology company.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, solving complex engineering challenges, and taking ownership of technology in a fast-moving startup environment.

We're looking for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and enjoys building products from the ground up.

Recent graduates and college students are preferred, but we're open to anyone who can demonstrate exceptional engineering skills, takes ownership, learns quickly, and can build production-ready applications independently.

Compensation (Please Read)

This is a purely equity-based role.

As an early-stage startup, we're not offering a salary or stipend at this stage.

Instead, you'll receive founding equity and become one of the earliest members helping build the company from the ground up.

If you're looking for a paid internship, a traditional corporate job, or an immediate salary, this role isn't the right fit.

We're looking for someone who is excited to gain real startup experience, work directly with the founder, and help build a product from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead all technical development and engineering decisions.
• Build the MVP from scratch.
• Work directly with the Founder to shape the product and technology vision.
• Translate product ideas into scalable, production-ready software.
• Design and maintain a scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.
• Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap.
• Build and maintain mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
• Ship high-quality features quickly while maintaining clean, reliable, and well-tested code.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external platforms.
• Establish engineering best practices, development workflows, and code standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and build the future engineering team as the company grows.
• Drive technical innovation and continuously improve the product and development process.
