Founding Full Stack Engineer – AI Aviation Tech Startup

Location: Remote India (Bengaluru preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front-end and back-end components
• Integrate APIs with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure, Claude, etc.)
• Build secure document ingestion, parsing, and search experiences
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and deploy cloud-native applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship quality features quickly
• Contribute to product decisions, not just code

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React / Next.js, Tailwind CSS
  
• Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI), REST APIs
  
• AI Layer: LangChain, OpenAI, Vector DBs (FAISS / Weaviate)
  
• Infra: Azure / AWS, Docker
  
• Dev Tools: GitHub, Cursor, Postman

Our Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend)
• Experience building and deploying production-grade web apps
• Strong grasp of API design, async workflows, and security best practices
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and iterative product development
• Worked on AI/LLM-integrated products
• Strong sense of product ownership

Good to Have

• Background in aviation tech or passion for the domain
• Prior startup experience or side projects with visible output
• Experience with document parsing, search pipelines, or document AI
