Role

We are expanding our trainer network in Estonia and are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer (for a Part time contract based opportunity) to deliver instructor led programs on Data Privacy and EU AI Act Compliance for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and onsite corporate workshops
• Customize training according to client industry and maturity
• Facilitate discussions using practical business case studies
• Guide organizations on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance requirements
• Answer participant questions with practical recommendations
• Provide post training feedback and recommendations
• Requirements
• Strong experience delivering corporate training
• Excellent knowledge of GDPR and EU AI Act
• Experience advising organizations on privacy or AI governance
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Comfortable training senior executives and management teams
• Fluent in English
• Estonian language is an advantage

Nice to Have

• CIPP E, CIPM, CIPT or similar certification
• AI governance or ISO related experience
• Legal, consulting or compliance background

Compensation

• This is a project based freelance opportunity. Trainers are compensated on a per project or per training day basis. The salary range displayed is for platform purposes only and does not represent a fixed annual salary.
