It answers every call 24/7, books jobs straight onto the calendar, and texts back missed callers in under a minute, so contractors stop losing work every time they're up on a roof or under a sink. We already have paying clients and a product that works. Now we're scaling outbound, and we want hungry setters in on the ground floor.

The role
You cold-call US small businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and other trades) and book quick demos. That's the whole job. You never have to close. You're partnered with and trained by an experienced closer who handles every deal you book, so you focus purely on getting owners on the calendar while a pro turns your demos into paydays.

Compensation (commission-only, uncapped)
This is a 1099 independent-contractor role. Commission only, no base, you handle your own taxes.

$20 for every demo that shows up.
40% of the first month on every deal your closer lands. Our plans run $400-1,000/mo, so that's $160-400 per close, one-time, on top of your demo pay.
Uncapped. It's a recurring product with a growing pipeline, so the harder you dial, the more you make. The math is simple and it stacks up fast for anyone who's consistent.

You are

Confident and natural on the phone with business owners.
Hungry and self-motivated. You'll actually dial every day, not "warm up the list."
Coachable. You'll be trained directly by the founder and an experienced closer.
Cold-calling or phone-sales experience is a plus, but drive matters more.
Available during US business hours.
