What You'll Actually Work On

Business Development

Research strategic accounts, find the right stakeholders, shape outreach, build pipeline, and drive opportunities from first conversation to close.

Strategy

Market sizing, competitive intelligence, pricing logic, strategic bets, and inputs for company and board discussions.

Sales & GTM

Prepare enterprise conversations, build account and deal strategies, structure follow-ups, support commercial negotiations.

Product

Sit in on user research and customer conversations, spot patterns, translate market
feedback into sharper product decisions. You won't get a narrow lane. The work moves with what the company needs most. The center of gravity stays the same: find the right customers. Understand them deeply. Build trust. Create value. Close.

Who This Is For

1–3 years of client-facing experience — management consulting, startup business
development, sales, strategy, or a Founder's Office role. We care more about the reps
you've done than the title you held.

Beyond experience, you:

• Are seriously considering building something of your own someday — and want a closer look at what that actually requires
• Are relentlessly curious. You keep asking why until you hit the real answer, not the comfortable one
• Are disciplined. You don't need to be chased to do excellent work
• Want to be stretched to your actual limit, not your comfortable one
• Think from first principles and disagree — respectfully, clearly, with reasons

ready to build pipeline, shape enterprise deals, and grow into owning client relationships and revenue.
