Fullstack Engineer (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL)

Botsplash is looking for a product-minded Fullstack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building impactful features end-to-end.

If you’ve worked on a product, you’ll feel right at home — high ownership, continous improvements, real user impact, and the opportunity to shape both product and engineering decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own features end-to-end — from idea to production and iteration
• Build and scale backend services using Node.js
• Develop fast, intuitive user interfaces with React
• Design and optimize data models in PostgreSQL
• Collaborate closely with product and design to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback
• Build for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Investigate and resolve real user issues
• Contribute to technical decisions, best practices and architecture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
• Background in product or fast-moving teams
• Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments
• Bias toward action — able to move quickly and iterate
• Building APIs, system design, and scalable architecture applications
• Experience building SaaS or user-facing products
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive work forward
• Clear communication and collaborative approach
• Preferance to immediate joiner

Work Setup

• Long-term opportunity with consistent collaboration
• Expected to maintain 4 to 6 hours overlap with US Eastern Time
• Candidates physically located in India or Nepal
