We grow active users month-over-month with zero marketing spend. We do 150k social interactions on Unvale daily. Our NPS is 77, PMF survey at 74%, and word of mouth remains our primary driver.

We are looking for a marketing leader to join the founding team, shape our brand voice, and grow Unvale to millions of users. (Ex-founder preferred!)

What you’ll do:

• Drive growth–directing strategy around social channels, creator partnerships, performance marketing, and community activation as we grow to 1M users and beyond.

• Shape the Unvale brand from the ground up–from whimsical copy, naming conventions, and design decisions, to our popular mascot, Lumi. One voice. One perspective. Yours to define.

• Build and execute novel growth campaigns–leveraging our incredible community, diverse talent, and millions of original works. If our creators win, we win.

• Manage contractors across editorial, community, and social channels.

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the four-time founders to build something truly new.

If you succeed, Unvale will be a household name and provide hope to millions of creatives currently facing an existential threat.

• Candor. We believe shared truth and honesty are the bedrock of good decision-making. We need it from everyone.

• Creativity. Table stakes. You should be known by your friends and family as the “idea person”.

• Wit, rebelliousness, and a strong sense of right and wrong. Our Gen Z users can smell inauthenticity from a mile away. You must understand them, speak their language, and earn their trust.
