Growth Associate (Intern)

Job Type: Internship

Location: Texas, New Jersey, New York, California, or remote.

We are seeking a rockstar Growth Associate (Intern) to help drive our national expansion.

Your role will be to help onboard and grow the company’s partner lab locations. You will join a small team in an early-stage environment with massive potential. You will be responsible for managing the growth of partner labs and clinics. You will monitor and execute on existing processes (80%), which include researching new partners, managing the waitlist of partners and consumers and activating new test locations. You will also develop and execute on strategies to improve partner growth (20%).

Requirements

Strong attention to detail is a requirement for succeeding in this position:

· Detail-minded (you will be working with a lot of data!) and process-oriented.

· Competitive, eager and sales-oriented.

· Familiar with SEO.

· Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

· You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management.

· You are highly organized.

· You have some experience with website editing and/or design.

· You are familiar with the health and wellness industry.
