WeLeap is a mission-driven fintech startup reimagining how Gen Z & Millennials manage money. We’re building an AI-powered financial sidekick that helps users allocate income, reduce debt, and discover smarter financial products through a personalized, action-first experience.

We’re assembling a small team of zero-to-one builders who want to reshape finance from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Lead WeLeap’s go-to-market strategy from scratch — own narrative, positioning, and launch.
• Build organic and social growth loops across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Design community, referral, and ambassador programs that turn users into evangelists.
• Create thumb-stopping content and campaigns that make fintech relatable and fun.
• Collaborate with founders on messaging, metrics, and user acquisition experiments.
• Partner with product/design to ensure a cohesive story across all touchpoints.

You're a fit if you

• Are a scrappy, creative marketer who loves building from zero.
• Know how to make noise on social (memes, videos, influencer collabs, community).
• Have experience with consumer fintech, social-led brands, or growth marketing.
• Thrive in early-stage environments — high ambiguity, fast learning, full ownership.
• Are motivated by impact + equity, not just salary.
• Bonus: experience with affiliate or token-based growth models.
