About the job
Business Development Representative (BDR)
AtlasIops | Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid) | Full-Time | ₹4–6 LPA + Variable
Experience: 1–2 years | Team: Revenue | Reports to: Founding Team
About AtlasIops
AtlasIops is the foundation for Enterprise AI Resilience and intelligent infrastructure. Founded in 2026 and headquartered in Bangalore, we help organizations eliminate downtime, optimize complex workflows, and build production-ready AI applications through two product ecosystems:
AtlasIops (ITSM, Observability & AIOps) is our flagship suite for modern IT and DevSecOps teams. We deliver end-to-end observability, automated IT Service Management, and AI-driven operations that resolve incidents proactively before they impact users. From Incident to Resolution — Fully Automated.
Nuroen AI Studio is the Operational AI IDE for Enterprises. Nuroen simplifies building, fine-tuning, and scaling enterprise-grade AI agents and LLM applications safely and securely across ITSM, observability, compliance, and business workflows.
We are a small, high-conviction team (2–10 people) at an early and consequential stage. This BDR role is one of our first revenue hires — you will have outsized influence on how we go to market.
The role
Enterprise buyers — VP IT Operations, SRE leads, CIOs, and DevSecOps leaders — are our target. They are running complex hybrid environments with too many tools, too much alert noise, and not enough time. Your job is to find them, earn their attention, and connect their pain to what we build.
This is not a script-reading role. We need someone who picks things up fast, asks better questions than they give answers, and can hold a consultative conversation with a CXO without flinching. You will carry pipeline across both AtlasIops and Nuroen — two enterprise products with overlapping buyers — and be a direct input into our go-to-market strategy.
What you will do
Prospecting and outreach
Identify and prospect enterprise accounts — mid-to-large organisations (500–10,000+ employees) in financial services, telcos, insurance, regulated industries, and any org running complex hybrid IT environments
Target IT leadership: VP/Director of IT Operations, SRE leads, Platform Engineering heads, CMDB/Service Delivery Managers, and CIOs/CTOs
Run outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls; handle inbound MQLs and qualify them against ICP criteria
Research accounts before reaching out — understand their stack, pain signals (alert fatigue, CMDB drift, multi-cloud sprawl), and buying context
Discovery and qualification
Run tight discovery calls that surface real operational pain — not just confirm intent
Qualify on fit signals: tool sprawl (11+ siloed monitoring/ITSM tools), active CMDB accuracy issues, on-call fatigue, and inability to scale the managed estate without headcount
Maintain clean CRM hygiene — account context, objections, next steps, and buying timeline documented after every touchpoint
Collaboration
Partner with the founding team on warm handoffs and pipeline reviews
Feed market intelligence back into product and messaging — what buyers are saying, what competitors come up, and what objections repeat
Contribute to refining our ICP and outbound playbook as we learn what works
Who you are
Must-haves
1–2 years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role — SaaS or B2B tech preferred
Competent and quick: you ramp fast on complex products, retain context across enterprise IT and AI infrastructure, and can speak credibly without oversimplifying
Genuinely curious: you probe for the real problem behind the stated one, and you listen to understand rather than to respond
Courageous in conversation: comfortable engaging VP- and C-level buyers consultatively, able to push back respectfully when something does not add up
Strong written and verbal communication — your outreach reads like a person, not a template
Self-directed and organised: you can run a multi-threaded pipeline without being micromanaged
Nice to haves
Familiarity with enterprise IT concepts: ITSM, AIOps, observability, CMDB, MTTR, incident management, or ServiceNow/Datadog/PagerDuty ecosystems
Understanding of enterprise AI or LLM application development — helpful for positioning Nuroen
Experience with outbound tooling: Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce, or equivalent
Prior exposure to regulated industries (BFSI, telco, government) or enterprise SaaS sales cycles
What we offer
₹3–5 LPA base + performance-linked variable
Hybrid working — we are based at BHIVE Platinum, Church Street, Bangalore
Direct access to founders — you will be in the room where go-to-market decisions are made
Early-stage equity discussion possible for the right candidate
Exposure to both AIOps/ITSM and enterprise AI product sales — rare combination at this stage
A clear path to AE or revenue leadership as we scale
How to apply
Apply via LinkedIn or write to us at [email protected] with the subject line: BDR — [Your Name].
Skip the generic cover letter. Instead, tell us about a time you figured out what a buyer actually cared about — not what they said they cared about. Two paragraphs is enough.
